When a tooth truly cannot be saved, Dr. Daniel Vasquez uses three-dimensional planning, conservative technique, and clear communication to remove disease while protecting bone and future options. Dr. Vasquez makes every reasonable effort to save a natural tooth. When a tooth is truly non-restorable, three-dimensional imaging helps him clearly understand the anatomy, explain the diagnosis, and plan a conservative procedure. He calls these “beautiful surgeries” – not because losing a tooth is beautiful, but because a carefully planned surgery can remove disease while protecting cortical bone, encouraging better healing, and preparing the site for a future implant when appropriate.

For adults with severe dental anxiety—or for patients planning longer or more complex care—Dr. Daniel Vasquez offers nitrous oxide and prescribed oral conscious sedation. The goal is simple: help you feel deeply relaxed while Dr. Vasquez personally provides your treatment and carefully monitors your response. This is not IV sedation. Oral conscious sedation uses prescribed medication taken by mouth. You remain able to breathe independently and respond to verbal or physical direction. Technology that serves a decision

Depending on the case, evaluation may include CEREC Primescan or Primescan 2, Axeos CBCT, clinical photography, DS Core, SmileCloud, inLab, or exocad. In-office fabrication may involve PrimeMill, SpeedFire, and SprintRay Pro 95/55. Each tool is used only when it provides real clinical value.

In selected cases, a crown or bridge can be completed the same day. The priority is never to rush — it’s to arrive at treatment with a clear plan and the right resources.

Does digital technology mean everything is done the same day? No. Some treatments can be completed the same day in selected cases, but others require diagnostic, trial, healing, or follow-up phases.
