Teeth Whitening
What it is: Professional whitening can brighten natural enamel and may be a stand-alone treatment or the first step in a larger plan.
When considered: Color sequencing matters because crowns, veneers, bridges and fillings do not whiten like natural teeth.
What to expect: We begin with an examination and appropriate records, explain the findings, and tailor the sequence to the tooth, tissues, bite, health and goals.
Preview before treatment
For larger cases, photography, SmileCloud or exocad design, printed models, mock-ups and provisional restorations can make the plan visible before permanent treatment begins. The goal is clarity and collaboration, not a guaranteed simulation.
Conservative when appropriate
Some changes can be additive with composite or bonded restorations. Others require preparation because of decay, cracks, position, existing work, color or material thickness. The right treatment preserves sound structure while respecting strength and function.
Teaching-level attention
As an educator and mentor in digital dentistry, Dr. Vasquez brings the same discipline he teaches—records, design, material selection, verification and respect for biology—to each aesthetic case.
Frequently asked questions
Will I need veneers?
Not necessarily. A plan may use whitening, bonding, veneers, crowns, onlays, gum care, implants or no treatment on selected teeth.
Can a smile makeover be completed in one day?
Selected treatment may be delivered in one extended visit only after records, design and approval. Other cases are safer or more predictable in stages.
