Immediate Implant Placement
What it is: In selected sites, an implant may be placed at the time a tooth is removed to coordinate healing and restoration planning.
When considered: It requires favorable anatomy, tissue, infection control and initial implant stability.
What to expect: We begin with an examination and appropriate records, explain the findings, and tailor the sequence to the tooth, tissues, bite, health and goals.
Limits and next step: Immediate placement is not appropriate for every extraction site and does not guarantee an immediate tooth.
Patient-first process
We listen first, complete the appropriate examination and records, show you the findings, discuss reasonable options and alternatives, and coordinate treatment and maintenance around your health and goals.
Technology with purpose
Digital or laser technology appears only when it improves information, communication, planning, delivery or verification for the individual case. It never replaces informed consent or clinical judgment.
Experience shared through teaching
Dr. Vasquez has taught and mentored other dentists in digital workflows. The same disciplined approach—understand, plan, execute and verify—guides patient care in the practice.
