Patient Information
Your First Visit Starts With Clear Answers.
Welcome to Our Practice
Whether you were referred by a friend, found us through your insurance plan or discovered us online, our goal is the same: listen carefully, understand what brings you in and give you clear information about your dental health.
What to Expect at Your First Visit
We will review your medical and dental history, listen to your concerns and complete the examination and diagnostic records appropriate for your needs. When imaging or photographs are indicated, we use them to explain what we see—not simply to show you a screen. You will have time to ask questions and discuss the advantages, limitations and priorities of recommended care.
Insurance and Financial Information
Our team can help verify benefits, submit claims and explain the information provided by your plan. Dental insurance is a contract between the patient, employer and insurance carrier; benefits and coverage are determined by that plan. Treatment recommendations are based on clinical needs, not solely on insurance limitations.
Communication in English and Spanish
Se habla español. Clear communication is an essential part of informed care. Patients and families are welcome to ask questions in English or Spanish so they can understand their choices and feel confident moving forward.
If You Feel Anxious About Dentistry
Past dental experiences can make a new visit difficult. Tell us what concerns you, what has helped before and what you need us to explain. We will listen without judgment and work with you one step at a time.
If You Have an Emergency
Do not wait for an online form response if you are in pain or have swelling, infection, a broken tooth, a lost restoration or an injury. Call (760) 529-5339 so the team can gather the right information and help determine the next step.
Frequently Asked Questions
What should I bring?
Bring a photo ID, current insurance information if applicable, a list of medications and any records or questions you would like us to review.
Will treatment begin at the first visit?
That depends on the reason for the visit, the diagnosis, available time and what is clinically appropriate. Emergency care may focus first on relieving the immediate problem. Planned treatment begins only after the findings and options are discussed.
Do you accept my insurance?
Please call the office with your specific plan information. Participation and benefits can change, so the team should verify current information directly.
